Anywhere with my family! But I have felt the most alive in the jungles of Uganda, or the beaches of Thailand.
I love that its not just about a ‘health service’ – but creating a community space where people can move better, but enjoy people and feel valued and supported in whatever it is they do. It’s a place that values its team, is a brilliant place to come to ‘work’ everyday (although it doesn’t feel like work!) and we get to help people and our community, all day long!
“Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for others in faith, speech, love, conduct and purity.” – The Apostle Paul.
In my spare time, I oversee the Red Frog Crew operations in Newcastle. We have teams supporting young people and uni students at crazy hours of the night at the uni campus and at Schoolies week being a helping hand, cleaning up vomit, helping people get the support they need and generally being a good friend, all while handing out tasty red candy! Check it out at www.redfrogs.com.au !
Coffee and cake, any time of the day. Or Tim Tams by the packet. Salted caramel tim tams. Hmmmm…
I’m not a big movie lover, but I’d say American Sniper or Remember The Titans.

I love the fact that you get to help people do what they love to do – whether it be high level sports, the gardening, or their vocation. I love that I get to promote healthy living all day long, and help people move well and feel great!
Probably the book that has had the biggest impact on my life would be Half The Sky, by Nicholas Kristof (after The Bible).
