What is your guilty pleasure?

Eating a take home tub of Monella ice cream by myself in one sitting while I sit on the couch in my ugg boots (a large take home tub that is!!).

What is your favourite movie?

It’s hard to pick one but I’ll have to go with The Day after Tomorrow. Love a good disaster movie!

Name three people you would love to have dinner with?

- Tony Hawk so I can hassle him for skating tips

- Ed Sheeran so he can serenade me

- Opra so she can tell me life secrets

Why do you love physiotherapy?

I have had scoliosis surgery and a lot of injuries myself and I know what it feels like to have pain. Physio is what got me back to doing what I love. I love that I can offer people that as well, whether it be to get walking again, recover from surgery or prepare for a sporting event.

What is your favourite book?

I prefer to watch movies, but I do love reading Ben Bergeron's motivational posts about following good habits and being awesome. Highly recommend looking him up if you're looking for that Monday morning motivation!

What is your favourite place in the world?

Bubble tenting in a remote area (it's a secret location I can't reveal!!). Nothing beats waking up in a clear bubble with a fire for marshmallows and outdoor bubble bath.

What do you love most about Terrace Physio Plus?

I can’t speak highly enough of the team who work here. It's amazing to come to work and for it to not feel like work. Terrace Physio has such a great team that are all focused on providing awesome patient care and who love what they do.

What is your favourite quote?

"You have to go through a storm to get to a rainbow" - Dainere

What would people be surprised to know about you?

I still talk to my mum on the phone every day for at least 2 hours. It always feels weird if we don’t!
