Hip Exercises to Do at Work

Hip and back pain at work can't be really uncomfortable.

If you find yourself sitting most of the time at your desk, here's a fantastic stretch you can do while you're at the office.

Sitting for long periods of time can result to super tight hips and this quick and easy to do exercise can do you good.

When you experience hip pain, the secret really is to keep your core strong!

To start, you just need to cross your legs like a grandpa, put your ankle on to your opposite knee and then try to push your knee down to the ground.

Get your knee down to 90 degrees and then pull your ankle up and your knee going down.

Hold that stretch for two or three seconds relaxing and going again, pushing down relaxing and going again.

Do this exercise for 15 to 20 times at least a couple of times per day at work.

You will notice a big difference in your hip rotators and hip flexors.

You'll feel good even while working at your desk.
